In the interest of your eyes, upper limb(s), and concentration level, take
**regular** breaks - hourly at the very least.

If you change the interval at any point, say from 30 minutes to 25, then
this just takes 5 from your existing time remaining
When the timer reminds you, you can answer 'yes' or 'no' - it doesn't
matter which - in either case the timer begins again
If you Reset the Timer at any time, it starts the countdown again, giving
you the full length of the interval from the time you clicked the reset button
